My Passion For Real Estate

Buying my first home was a very frustrating and annoying experience, mainly because of the realtor I was working with and because I was totally ignorant about the real estate process in Canada. During the process of searching for my home with that realtor, I had decided that I would become a realtor. I believe that the kind of background and qualities I have in terms of Marketing, Customer Care, Quality Management and above all – honesty and integrity – would make me a successful realtor.

Due to my strong determination, I had aced the first phase of my real estate exams even before moving to my new house. Within a year I was a realtor working with Re/max and achieved The Re/max Platinum Award and awards like Sales Leader and Outstanding Sales Achievement and much more.

 

I Had a Very Clear Vision in Mind That

I would not do what most realtors are doing. I can’t be successful in my profession by merely

selling a single house to each of my clients; instead, I want their repeat business and become their family realtor as most people have their family doctors, lawyers and accountants etc. I knew that this could only be possible if my clients are totally satisfied and happy with me not just during the process of buying their home but even after moving to their new home.


I want my clients to make knowledgeable decisions. I educate them fully during my initial meetings with them and during my showings.  I don’t change my statements or advice just to sell something to my clients, looking at their budget and financial situation. Instead, I have made 5 hours of recorded information on DVD (which is unchangeable) covering all the aspects about Real Estate including my tips and suggestions. 

My Motto is:  ”APNI BOTI KE LIYE KISSI KA BAKRA ZIBHA NAHIN KARNA”
